Banking gives you up-to-date account information anytime and
anywhere you have Internet access through your personal computer
(PC), so you can check balances, transfer funds, and view images
of posted checks,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. What is the cost of Internet
Banking?
There is no cost for this service.
3. How do I get started?
The first thing you'll need to do is to stop by one of our local
offices and speak to one of our friendly Customer Service
Representative (CSR). Simply complete an Internet Banking
application and we will have you online within 3-5 business
days. Also, you will have to be a MasterMoney Debit
Card holder. This information is used for another level of
security. If you are presently an ATM Card holder, you
will be issued a MasterMoney Debit Card at no additional cost.
4. How soon can I start using the Internet Banking
Product?
You will receive a Welcome letter via email notifying you that you are
enrolled and ready to go online. Simply go to our website,
www.mcsbank.com, use the
ONLINE BANKING link. When you are at the logon screen
enter your MasterMoney card number (all 16 positions) in the
ACCESS ID field, and the last six
digits of your social security number in the
PASSWORD field. You will be
required to change your PASSWORD as
soon as you logon.
5. What kind of features can I expect from MCSB's Internet
Banking product?
Bank when you want, where you want, and
how you want. The convenience of banking 24-hours a day, 7 days
a week from your home or office PC. Our Internet Banking
product will offer you online, “real-time” features and
functions that will include:
o 24-hours a day, 7 days a week access to your detailed account
information.
o Account information can be exported to third-party software,
such as Money™,
Quicken™, and QuickBooks™.
o Statement retrieval and printing capabilities.
o Check Image retrieval and printing capabilities.
o On-line fund transfers between Mercer County State Bank’s
accounts.
o On-line Loan Payments to Mercer County State Bank’s accounts.
o Stop Payments

Do
we offer Internet Banking Bill Payment service?
Yes, our
Bill Payer is an add-on feature
to the Internet Banking product. Customers may pay all their
bills online by providing basic account information for their
provider. Payment is submitted electronically or by check
depending upon the abilities of the receiver. Customers may
schedule either one time or recurring payments. Payment must be
made from a checking account. A low monthly fee will apply for
